• On-Prem License – A licensed deployment of aptixDoc installed and operated within a client-owned and client-managed infrastructure.

• User – Any individual or entity accessing or using the Website, Product, or Services, including Visitors, Prospects, Clients, and Partners.

• Visitor – Any person accessing or browsing the Website without submitting a form, registering, or holding a license.

• Prospect – Any individual or organization that submits information, inquiries, or requests (including demos, trials, or pricing) but has not yet purchased a license.

• Client – Any individual or organization that has purchased, subscribed to, or is otherwise authorized to use aptixDoc under a paid Cloud or On-Prem license.

• Partner – Any authorized reseller, implementation partner, or service provider approved by the Company to collaborate on aptixDoc-related offerings.

• Services – All offerings provided by Configured Solutions Pvt. Ltd., including website access, trials, licenses, products, support services, partner engagements, and related interactions.

2. Website Access & Acceptable Use

• License fees are non-refundable after activation

• “Unlimited pages” are subject to fair usage and anti-abuse limits

• Availability depends on third-party cloud infrastructure

  
  

Clients must NOT:

• Share credentials externally

• Upload unauthorized, illegal, or prohibited content

• Attempt to modify, disrupt, or bypass cloud systems

8. Paid On-Prem Licenses

For On-Prem deployments:'

• Clients provide infrastructure, hardware, network, and access

• We provide licensed software, setup guidance, and agreed support

  
  

Client responsibilities include:

• Server security and access control

• Backup and recovery

• Hardware sizing and availability

• Compliance with applicable data protection laws

  
  

We are NOT responsible for:

• Server downtime or hardware failure

• Network or infrastructure issues

• Misconfigured environments

• Unauthorized internal access by client personnel

  
  

On-Prem deployments may NOT be shared, redistributed, or installed beyond licensed environments.
Reverse engineering or modification is strictly prohibited.

9. Partner Program Terms

Partners must:

• Represent aptixDoc accurately and honestly

• Protect product workflows, logic, and configurations

• Not resell or redistribute licenses without written authorization

• Comply with all applicable data protection and confidentiality obligations
  
  

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke partner access at any time.

10. Data Input & Processing Responsibility

Users and Clients confirm that:

• They have legal rights to process uploaded documents

• No illegal, restricted, or prohibited data is submitted

aptixDoc uses OCR and AI-based processing. Accuracy depends on document quality and structure.
100% accuracy is not guaranteed.

11. Third-Party Dependencies

Our website and products may rely on third-party services, including:

• Hosting providers

• Cloud infrastructure providers

• Email and communication tools

• Storage platforms and integrations
